Main Processing Range of the Equipment
This equipment is a combined machine consisting of a dry-type abrasive belt station and four sets of universal abrasive sheet roller brush stations. It is mainly used for deburring the edges and holes of workpieces, as well as performing surface processing such as wire drawing, oxide scale removal and polishing on metal plates.

Working Principle of the Equipment
This equipment first removes large burrs such as slag particles from the workpiece surface via a set of abrasive belt stations. Then, through the combination of four sets of universal abrasive sheet roller brushes—where adjacent roller brushes rotate in opposite directions and the entire roller brush assembly performs a revolving motion—it exerts high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing forces on the edges and inner holes of the workpiece. This achieves dead-angle-free deburring, ensuring that burrs on the workpiece edges and inner holes are completely removed while generating uniform R-angles (the size of the R-angles can be adjusted by selecting different processes and abrasives). Featuring pass-through processing, it delivers high processing efficiency.
Meanwhile, the abrasive belt station and abrasive sheet roller brush station can also operate independently:
When the abrasive belt station runs independently, it can perform surface processing of metal plates such as wire drawing, polishing, oxide scale removal, and slag removal;
When the abrasive sheet roller brush station runs independently, it can achieve 360° dead-angle-free deburring. Especially for film-coated sheet metal parts after laser cutting and CNC punching, it can not only remove burrs completely, but also avoid damaging the film and scratching the sheet metal parts.
Equipped with specially designed flexible abrasive filaments tailored to the characteristics of burrs, this equipment is a deburring machine that ensures scratch-free surface finish for film-coated sheet metal parts. It also delivers excellent processing efficiency for irregularly shaped workpieces.
The conveying system is equipped with powerful vacuum negative pressure adsorption to fix workpieces. It enables fixture-free pass-through processing for non-porous workpieces of 50mm×50mm or larger (with a thickness of 0.5–10mm). For special workpieces, supporting fixtures can be selected for fixed processing. The conveying system features variable-frequency stepless speed regulation.
Equipped with a wet dust collector, it reduces potential safety hazards and efficiently handles grinding dust. Through the high-pressure and high-flow fan at the top, the grinding dust is sucked into the dust removal chamber. The dust is settled in water via water spray, achieving environmentally friendly filtration and absorption of the dust, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
