Main Processing Range of the Equipment
This equipment is a combined machine composed of a dry-type abrasive belt station, six sets of universal abrasive sheet roller brush stations, and an additional dry-type abrasive belt station. It is mainly designed for deburring the edges and holes of workpieces, as well as performing surface finishing operations including wire drawing, oxide scale removal, and polishing on metal plates.
It can comprehensively remove burrs generated during processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting and flame cutting in one go. It ensures that all edges and holes of the workpiece achieve a minimal R-arc effect, and the surface obtains uniform wire-drawing textures. With a safe and reliable processing procedure, it delivers perfect workpiece quality.
Processed Products: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum Plates, Copper Plates, Various Non-Ferrous Metals, etc.
Working Principle of the Equipment
This equipment first removes large burrs such as slag particles on the workpiece surface via a set of abrasive belt stations. Then, with the combination of six sets of universal abrasive disc roller brushes—where adjacent pairs of abrasive disc roller brushes rotate in opposite directions and the entire roller brush assembly revolves—it exerts high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting and filing forces on the edges and inner holes of the workpiece, achieving dead-angle-free deburring. This process ensures that burrs on the workpiece edges and inner holes are completely removed while generating uniform rounded corners (the size of the rounded corners can be adjusted by selecting different processes and abrasive belts). Finally, another set of abrasive belt stations performs wire drawing and polishing on the workpiece surface. Adopting a through-feed processing mode, the equipment offers high processing efficiency.

The conveying system is equipped with a powerful vacuum negative pressure adsorption function to fix workpieces. For workpieces larger than 50mm×50mm (non-porous workpieces), through-feed processing can be achieved without fixtures; for special workpieces, matching fixtures can be selected for fixed processing. The conveying system features stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
Equipped with a wet dust collector, it reduces potential safety hazards and efficiently handles grinding dust. Through the high-pressure and high-flow fan at the top, the grinding dust is sucked into the dust removal chamber. The dust is settled in water via water spray, achieving environmentally friendly filtration and absorption of the dust, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
To provide operators with a good working environment, recycle grinding metal powder, and achieve environmentally friendly production.
