Main Processing Range of the Equipment
This equipment is a combined dry-type abrasive belt station with a set of wire drawing wheel stations. It is mainly used for surface processing of metal plates, such as oxide scale removal, polishing, wire drawing, and deburring.
It achieves uniform wire drawing textures on metal surfaces with safe and reliable processing, ensuring the workpieces reach perfect quality.

Working Principle of the Equipment
This equipment first removes large burrs such as slag particles from the workpiece surface via a set of abrasive belt stations, then conducts wire drawing and polishing on the workpiece surface through a set of wire drawing wheel stations. Featuring pass-through processing, it delivers high processing efficiency.
Meanwhile, the abrasive belt station and wire drawing wheel station can also operate independently:
When the abrasive belt station operates independently, it can perform wire drawing, polishing, oxide scale removal, slag removal and other processing on the surface of metal plates;
When the wire drawing wheel station operates independently, it can achieve wire drawing, polishing and other surface processing of metal plates.
The conveying system can be equipped with workpiece fixing methods such as pressure roller conveying, powerful vacuum negative pressure adsorption, and strong magnetic adsorption. It enables fixture-free pass-through processing for workpieces of 50mm×50mm (non-porous workpieces) and above, while supporting fixtures can be selected for fixing special workpieces. The conveying system features variable-frequency stepless speed regulation.
Equipped with a wet dust collector, it reduces potential safety hazards and efficiently handles grinding dust. Through the high-pressure and high-flow fan at the top, the grinding dust is sucked into the dust removal chamber. The dust is settled in water via water spray, achieving environmentally friendly filtration and absorption of the dust, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
