Free Warranty Service

During the warranty period, for faults caused by the equipment's own quality issues (such as component damage, performance abnormalities, etc.), free component replacement, maintenance and commissioning are provided.
Damage caused by human operational errors or force majeure is not covered by the free warranty. We ensure the initial stable operation of the customer's equipment after commissioning.

24-Hour Response

After the customer reports a fault, technical personnel will be assigned to connect within 1 hour for preliminary problem diagnosis.
On-site maintenance within 48 hours for urban and surrounding areas, and arrival at the scene within 72 hours for remote areas, minimizing the impact of equipment downtime on production.

Regular On-site Inspection

We provide 2 free on-site inspection services annually.
Technicians conduct on-site inspections of equipment component wear, transmission system precision, safety protection devices, and other conditions, record operating parameters, and issue inspection reports.
Guide the customer's operators in daily maintenance, eliminate potential faults in advance, and extend the equipment's service life.

Exclusive Supply of Spare Parts

Common spare parts are available in stock, with delivery within 48 hours after order placement.
Special customized spare parts will be allocated within 7-10 days. We provide authenticity verification service for spare parts to prevent equipment damage caused by the customer's use of inferior spare parts.
